1. Service

OhLookMenu provides QR-code based digital menu creation and hosting, analytics for QR scans, and related features for restaurants and hospitality businesses.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering you warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to keep profile and business information accurate and up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service for unlawful activities, to distribute malware, infringe intellectual property rights, post fraudulent or abusive content, or attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Service.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features are offered via paid subscription plans. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges and agree to the billing terms shown on the checkout page. Paid subscription will automatically renew at the end of the applicable subscription period, unless User cancels the Paid Subscription before the end of the then-current subscription period. OhLookMenu does not provide refunds for any partial subscription periods.

6. Fair Use & Resource Limits

Each menu must use platform resources in a fair manner. We monitor request volume, bandwidth, storage, and visit counts to ensure stable performance for all customers. If a single menu or account generates unusually high traffic (for example, significantly exceeding the limits of its current plan), we may require you to upgrade to a higher tier or adjust usage. We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or migrate heavy-usage accounts that refuse to upgrade after notification.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software provided by OhLookMenu are our intellectual property unless otherwise stated. You may use exported assets and menus for your business operations but may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our platform code or branding without permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time via your account settings; paid subscriptions must be canceled to stop recurring billing.

9. Disclaimers & Limitations

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" OhLookMenu makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
